The Industry Nine Laps on Laps Giveaway is sponsored by Industry Nine, located at 150 Westside Drive, Asheville, NC 28806 USA.

The Prize, consisting of (1) Industry Nine Grade 300v2 System Alloy Wheelset, (1) Season pass to the bike park of choice by the winner values at $600.00 USD ('the Prize', retail value up to $2030.00 USD) will be awarded at the end of the Sweepstakes Period up to seven (7) days following the close of the Sweepstakes Period.

Chances of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

All entrants must sign up to receive marketing emails from Industry Nine. After submitting the form, the entrant must opt into the list by responding to the email sent confirming their subscription.

Timing:

The Sweepstakes is open from 10:00am Eastern Time May 24th 2024 until 17:30 Eastern time June 5th 2024.

Who Can Enter:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of North America, Central & South America States and Provinces who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, provincial, and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited.
Participation constitutes the entrant's agreement to receive marketing materials via email from Industry Nine.

How to Enter:

Complete the form shared via social media, Industry Nine athletes & ambassadors, or email
Any use of an electronic device to enhance or alter an entrant's odds of winning will count as a fraudulent entry and will be declared invalid.
Industry Nine reserves the right to delete entries that are in violation of the Official Rules.

Prizes:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize package valued at up to $2280.00 USD, which includes:
One (1) Industry Nine Grade 300v2 System Alloy Wheelset (retail value up to $1680.00 USD)
One (1) Season Pass to a lift access or shuttle bike park of winners choice (retail value up to $600.00 USD)

One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize package valued at up to $405.00 USD, which includes:
One (1) Industry Nine All Mountain Stem (retail value up to $170.00 USD)
One (1) Industry Nine iRiX Headset (retail value up to $210.00 USD)
One (1) Industry Nine Spacer Kit (retail Value up to $25.00)
One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive a prize package valued at up to $100.00 USD, which includes:
Industry Nine Swag Package of Industry Nine branded hat, socks, gloves, t-shirt (retail value up to $100.00)

The winners will be notified by the email or phone number provided during signup. The winners must respond within seven (7) business days.

Should a Prize winner fail to comply with any of the requirements contained in these Official Rules, the Prize will be automatically forfeited.

Technical difficulties:

In the event of technical difficulties or failures interfering with the ability to run the Sweepstakes Industry Nine reserves the right to terminate, cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes.

Industry Nine must comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes providing clear information on how entrants' personal data will be collected, used, stored, and deleted.

Data Protection and Privacy:

By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to Industry Nine's use of their personal data as described in Industry Nine's privacy policy. This includes collection, use, and storage for administering the Sweepstakes and (optional) marketing purposes. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes consent to use your data for sweepstakes administration only. You can choose to receive marketing communications from Industry Nine by selecting the opt-in checkbox during entry.

Participants have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data and withdraw consent at any time by contacting Industry Nine.
