Regional Sales Representative
Industry Nine, Inc and Industry Nine - Asheville, North Carolina
Industry Nine is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our Asheville, NC office. This role will oversee a substantial US territory (TBD), focusing on increasing sales for existing and new retail accounts, and strategizing and executing brand awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Cultivate and manage relationships with retail partners to drive revenue growth and boost brand awareness
- Conduct market analysis and develop corresponding sales strategies
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align with business objectives and product initiatives
- Report monthly performance metrics by region, product, and category
- Develop seasonal forecasts with primary accounts and plan new events, promotions, and in-store displays
- Plan and execute travel routes efficiently to maximize time and effectiveness when visiting dealers and activating at events
- Travel approximately one week per month for shop visits, trade shows, and events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years experience in the bike industry as a sales professional
- Demonstrated sales talent with a passion for all aspects of cycling
- Ability to work independently and be motivated by achieving results
- Strong goal-setting and prioritization skills
- High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
